Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Period:

Order cancellation request must be raised within three days of placing the order.
We cannot accept cancellation requests made after this three-day window has elapsed.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

A cancellation form will be sent to Your email upon receiving your cancellation request.
The completed cancellation form must be submitted within 2 days of the initial cancellation request.

3. Returning products:

After submitting the cancellation form, You should return the product(s) by mail to the address provided in Your account settings.
You are required to return the product(s) to Kiwibundle within 14 days.
If You fail to return the item(s) within the 14-day timeframe, You will be no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing:

Once the returned product(s) are received, Kiwibundle will assess them to ensure they meet the established criteria for a refund.
If the returned items meet the criteria, a refund will be processed and issued to You.
